The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) requires that certain information be disclosed to Members of the Association annually. This information is provided pursuant to Colorado’s Common Interest Ownership Act, C.R.S. section 38-33.3-209.4:

The initial General Declaration for Cassidy Ridge Condominiums was recorded August 17, 2011, at Reception No. 419330 in the records of the San Miguel County, Colorado – Clerk and Recorder and has since been supplemented (“Declaration”). Copies of the Declaration and further supplements thereto, as well as the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and any additional rules, regulations and responsible governance policies of Cassidy Ridge (“Governing Documents”) may be obtained from Elite Management or from this web site (contact information above).
6. Cassidy Ridge’s fiscal year commences on January 1.
7. Cassidy Ridge’s Quarterly assessment rates for 2026 may be obtained from Elite Management (contact information above).
8. Cassidy Ridge’s annual budget, financial statements, and audits, if any, may be obtained from Elite Management (contact information above) or this web site.
9. Cassidy Ridge carries the following insurance:
- Residential Community Association Policy,
- Umbrella Policy,
- Workers Comp Policy, and
- Directors & Officers Policy.
